Is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free on all tea orders, USA national wide. 

How we process your order?

Once your order is confirmed by email. it is processed by us and usually dispatched with USPS within one business day.
Your ordered items are then personally packed and enclosed safely in a satchel with invoice, and dropped off at USPS OFFICE for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Although our HONZEN™ matcha products are foil sealed for freshness, it is a perishable product with a limited shelf life. So we only accept returns within 30 days of purchases. Please note that as perishable as matcha is, change mind returns are not acceptable. However, we offer product exchange for any items defective or faulty, and please note that these items should be returned to HONZEN™ for assessment in original, factory sealed packaging.

We do our best to ensure accuracy and quality. But if there is defective items or incorrect items sent, contact us at support@honzentea.com. As soon as we confirm your proof of purchase we will email you a return label.
After we received your return, and inspection, we would inform you.
Once your return has been approved, we will fully refund to your credit card at purchase, or ship the correct item to you(no additional delivery charge) whatever your preferred.

​If your delivery is lost in transit by USPS Or FedEx or UPS, or any other carrier you use, HONZEN™ is not responsible for the lost items.In some cases, HONZEN™ may issue a refund at its own discretion. And this kind of refund will also go back to your original payment method.
